Ellahi Estates is a privately owned property investment and development company based within the Midlands (UK). The Ellahi name has been associated with property since the beginning of the 1970's. We draw upon three decades of experience within acquisitions and disposals of both commercial and residential properties.

As an investor, over the decades we have acquired and developed an investment portfolio consisting of both residential and commercial properties located within the Midlands. As a developer, we used to predominantly develop for our own requirements of expanding our investment holding, but in recent years we have diversified into traditional development.

We have a strong reputation for our straight dealing, efficient approach to property acquisitions and disposals. We are recognised for our ability to deal with transactions quickly and are always keen to acquire further opportunities.
